Greetings @gymnastly , what a great surprise it was to come across this post!! I practiced gymnastics in my youth, and have been supporting our incredible Brazilian gymnasts ever since. I had the honor to meet with Daiane dos Santos multiple times as she was and still is a huge embassador for the sport here in Brasil. It was amazing to watch the women's competition in Paris, rooting for the entire team. It was amazing to watch Jade Barbosa get her so deserved medal after watching her debut since she was a little girl. Flavinha Saraiva, Julia Soares, Lorrane Oliveira, Carolyne Pedro and the entire coaching and training staff did wonders there; but what more could we say about Rebeca Andrade? I think the image on your video's thumbnail and on this post of mine summ it up really well...! I love her🖤🇧🇷✨

Wow, meeting Dos Santos must have been amazing, what a trailblazer she was! From my point of view, she opened the door for every single other gymnast from Brazil who came after her, she showed them that being a world champion was possible.
