My fitness routine for the week ended 8th September, 2024, StayFit Wednesday Soccer ⚽⚽⚽

Hi everyone, welcome back to my fitness activities for the week under review. As with other weeks, I did my best to stay fit and to train others.

Since football ⚽⚽⚽ game has become part of our fitness program in my fitness group, we had a wonderful time playing it.

Staying fit means being active and taking part in fitness activities that helped me with my physical and mental health. Do you know that no situation can make me stay back from fitness activities? It has really been helpful in helping me to get well whenever I feel unwell even without medication.

Going out for fitness training helps me stay healthy. Not even my monthly menstural flow can keepe back because it even helps to reduce menstural cramps. I am truly enjoying my programs. My clients wonder if I do get tired at all because I am always active from the time they come for the training till when they leaves. According to them, my body is now like paper, and without weight again. But it's not true. I do feel pain a lot but due to constant training, those pains are nothing to me. Though I most times have to negotiate before getting up from bed due to pains, but one hardly notice it.

Well, as for last week, I was able to take part in different programs which I also shared with my clients. I spent 4 days within last week for fitness training and I do spend 2 hours minimum on each of the days.

Warmups

First, I begin with warmup programs in each of the days. On Monday, my warmup programs included walking from my home to the playground which took me 20 minutes. Then I jogged round the field for 10 times to achieve a total of 5km.

Then on Wednesday, I also walked to the playground for the same minutes as on Monday. Then I skipped just 200 jumps because I was late and I needed to start the programs for the day since clients were already there and they so skipped.

On Friday I walked to the playground, then I did other warmup programs that involved touching my toes, turning my arms, swinging my legs and so on. It took me 15 minutes to complete and I did them with my clients. Walking to the playground makes me go late but I am enjoying it. But the thing is that I don't wake up early because my sleeping pattern changed. Once it is midnight, I will wake up and find something to do, only to feel sleepy by 4am or even beyond. So, waking up again, it's already 6am.

As for Saturday, it rained cat and dog. I almost missed it but behold, 4 of my clients shared their pictures in our fitness group that showed that they were at the vanue already. I couldn't hold it anymore. I reached out to my umbrella and left to meet them. Hence, the warmup was combined with Tabata programs.

The fitness programs proper

Monday, we took different programs for different body parts. I gave out 5 different programs to different people. I gave out seat up, crunches while lying down, strength program with tyre, lower body program which is lunges, russian twist with cones and others programs. I first given out the demo to them and then tell them how many repetitions and sets. The pictures below explain better

On Wednesday which was our soccer ⚽⚽⚽ day, we took on aerobic exercises, then seat ups or crunches while seating on tyre. Then at 8:30 am, we went into the field for football ⚽⚽⚽⚽. We first paired ourselves, then arranged the mini goal posts, wore our Steemit jersey and began the first half. I was in the yellow team. We were teams of 5 members and we played for 30 minutes for the first half. It was goalless. The game was tough though. I doubled as a defensive midfielder and striker. You needed to see me in action.

I have learnt to be confident when I hold ball unlike before. And this day, I even dribbled someone. That means this game is helping me a lot.

After the first half, we have 10 minutes break. We took water, sat down and talked about the the game and the strategy to employ in the second half.

Before long, the break was over. We began the second half. Be played all we could, employed all the tactics that we know but in the end, my team lost to the blue team. It ended one unreplied goal. It was disheartening but we had to bear it. It's one of those things.
In 30 minutes time, the ball ended and we left.

Friday came and it was another day to exercise. I went to the playground and the programs were for the Tommy. We used the step boards this time with our dumbbells to Russia twist, and some other programs for the tummy, then arm programs amd so on. It was a blast as we all felt the impact.

On Saturday which was when it rained that morning, I was able to get there and even though it was just 6 of us, we did so many aerobics training that took us an hour thirty minutes

Next week will be another wonderful week! Let's see how it goes?
