Sports Contest: Your country’s national sports. Tell us and win.

Hello, my dear sports lover Steemians. How are you? I hope you are fine and doing well. As you know, in the last ICC Champions Trophy 2025, there was a very exciting contest in this community arranged by our beloved @damithudaya. I was the season-long champion in that contest. As a reward, I got some Steem Power. So, I decided to distribute them among sports lovers to support the community and the platform to grow. So, here I am with the sports contest may you love.

The topic is very easy and juicy. Just tell us about your country's National Sports.

You may follow

There are no formulas or formats to follow. Those are killing the lucidity of the article. But, you can tell us about-

• What is your country’s National Sports?
• A brief history of that sport. (If you know. Not mandatory)
• Share some basic rules with us. (Not necessary. But it will make your article more appealing to readers)
• How often is this sport played by your country's people?
• Do you think it should be replaced by other sports?
• Is there any occasion when this sport was performed in your country?
