I've been reading that peakd seems to be the best option for the moment.

    Yes, and it's fun! I'm loving it already, and even switching from Hive to Steem and Steem to Hive. I had Steempeak in night mode and keep Peakd in day mode. That way I don't loose sight of where I'm typing. !invest_vote
