Task 2 December - Door 2
each of us has a special favourite song that reminds us of a person or event. share with us the song that you particularly like. Tell us a little about why you like this song so much. Have a look on YouTube or another streaming platform to see if the song is available there and post the link in the comment.
I will choose the winner of door 1. This winner will then decide who should win door 2 of the Christmas calendar. This means that the winner of one door always gets to choose the winner of the following day. I ask you to determine honestly who has won and not afterwards, if you know me well or in the worst case even choose a second account of yours. If I realise that people are trying to cheat here, I will permanently determine the winners.

jeder von uns hat ein besonderes Lieblingslied, dass ihn an eine Person oder Ereignis erinnert. lasse uns teilhaben an dem Lied, was dir besonders gefällt. Erzähle uns ein wenig, warum du dieses Lied so magst. Schaue einmal bei YouTube oder einer anderen Streaming-Plattform, ob es das Lied dort gibt und veröffentliche den Link mit in dem Kommentar.
Den Gewinner von Tür 1 werde ich bestimmen. Dieser Gewinner bestimmt dann, wer den Weihnachtskalender Tür 2 gewinnen soll. Das bedeutet, dass immer der Gewinner einer Tür den Gewinner des nachfolgenden Tages bestimmen darf. Ich bitte euch ehrlich zu bestimmen wäre, gewonnen hat und nicht danach, wenn ja vielleicht gut kennt oder im schlimmsten Fall sogar einen Zweitaccount von euch auszuwählen. Sollte ich mitbekommen, dass hier versucht wird zu betrügen, werde ich dauerhaft die Gewinner bestimmen.

Wow, a difficult door to cross, because I have many songs that I could present and it is difficult for me to decide.
But I do it for "Loosing my Religion" by the group R.E.M, if I remember correctly at the beginning of the 90s, I would have been 23 or 24 years old.
This song marked a before and after in my relationship with life, religiosity and my place in the world. Somehow the structure of the video plus melody and lyrics (at that time my English was very basic) allowed me to assert myself and say "no" to the imposed norms and rules of some religious visions.
It allowed me to stand in front of God and tell him that way, I don't want a relationship with you, there has to be another that allows us to be happy by your side and not live off of punishment and guilt.
Anyway, I write these lines and relive the feeling that repeating the song gave me, singing it and inventing words in it. Nostalgy, some sadness but tranquility.
Ahhh.. I forgot now God and I are very good friends.

"Sammy Hagar - Winner Takes It All" ist in dem Fall meine erste Wahl, weil dieser song mich an "Over the Top" (1987) erinnert, den Film, der meine Kindheit geprägt und eine mehrmonatige Armdrückkarriere von mir in Gang gesetzt hat, die trotz mittelmäßigem Talent und mäßigem Erfolg eine Menge Spaß gemacht hat und die ich in meinen Erinnerungen auch nicht mehr missen will.

kann mich noch wage, erinnern, dass du öfter über deine Schwester geschrieben hattest und auch das Küstengold in ihren / euren Leben eine Rolle gespielt hatte. Schöne Erinnerungen - sicherlich auch immer mal ein bissel melancholisch ...

As I am the organizer of this competition, I am of course not taking part. But I'm happy to submit an entry so that you can find out a bit about me :)
A song that always reminds me of my first great love :) In a short, very intense relationship that more or less ended in disaster. It certainly took me 5 years or more to get over it halfway. But to this day, I still haven't been able to forget you and that time.
You could write a whole novel about it. Well, I started an autobiographical novel once, but like so many things in life, I never finished it. Actually, it's worth finishing!
