그저께 야식 먹었던게 이제 나아져서 오늘은 즐거운 마음으로 식사준비했어요~~

-오징어볶음
-소고기장조림
(얼마전에 오징어넣고 장조림했더니 둘째가 고기타령을 계속해서 결국 소고기 장조림을 했습니다ㅠ)
-연어구이
(반찬 다 해놨는데 연어먹고 싶다고해서 에어프라이기로 급하게 구웠어요~)
*블루베리,딸기
버섯밥은 참기름과 간장을 넣어도 되지만
오늘은 담백하게 하고 싶어서 말린 버섯만 넣었어요~
이건 친정 엄마가 직접 말려주신 표고버섯이예요
표고버섯은 말려서 먹는데 더 좋다고 하셔서 햇빛에 말려주셨어요~
그리고 오징어볶음입니다^^
아이들이 떡볶이도 먹을 정도로 매운걸 먹을 수 있지만
좋아하지는 않더라고요ㅠ
그래서 굴소스와 간장으로 간을 했어요
오늘부터 날씨가 많이 풀리다고 하던데
미세먼지가 좋지 않네요ㅠ
