Newbie Introduction vol.2: Attempt number two with the involvement of military aviation of the last century)))

Again hello everyone.

I here spontaneously yesterday, not knowing about the contest for beginners, tried to fly up in my post-acquaintance, but not on the broom of the village, in the wrong direction flew ... I tumbled, in general - the desired tag was placed second, not the first. Hence, the competitive "take-off" post will be the second and not the first).

Under the terms of the promotion for beginners, I write why and why I am here:

On the project I was attracted by the atmosphere, dynamism, a wide range of topics, the youth of the site, and hence the opportunity to find my niche and write about what I'm interested in. Writing is not "in vain," not for the purpose of selling my work, but simply about what I breathe, with a high chance of finding like-minded people and being someone useful. The opportunity to get a reward for my materials is viewed as a kind of game, a motivation for gaining experience in pumping the blog and just a pleasant addition to a comfortable and interesting stay on the site.

And yet for the "seed" and an example of what to expect from me, I will tell the story of the creation of one of my works. It was made a long time ago, but still one of the favorites.

When I was carried away by textile toys, friends and acquaintances on social networks with orders suddenly began to address me unexpectedly. Basically, they asked to sew a toy to someone as a gift, taking into account the event, profession or hobby of a person. So, actually, one of the directions of my creativity has developed: toys in images.

Having seen zaek in the image of sailors (I will describe them in detail in a separate post, but for now a small spoiler) ...

... my old friend asked me a task - to sew a hare-pilot. Inspired by a photo of John Travolta in the form of a pilot of civil aviation,

I began to estimate, from which to make a tunic, cap, shoulder straps and other details for the recognition of the image, and happily began to coordinate their ideas with the customer. In response to my messenger came a photo of the guy to whom the gift was intended.

And here I was waiting for "Oops" ... In the photo there was a military pilot in a suit, a helmet and a gas mask, with a parachute behind his shoulders and a fighter in the background. How to pull an owl on the globe to stuff a hare in a gas mask, I did not invent, and the pilot needs a military man.

I need a hero !!! (voice of Bonnie Tyler). And the hero came to my rescue - Vasily Chkalov.

A leather jacket, and a helmet, a cozy sweater, a tablet bag, aviator glasses ... the image was formed.

I took off the hare at the end of December, so do not be surprised at the New Year's photo in the middle of June))) Although, summer in many regions is now that it is not difficult to think, and mechanically put a Christmas tree.

And some technical information - a man about 36 cm tall. Sew of dense cotton fabric. For the hardness of the spirit and stability of the gait, it is densely packed with holofiber, so it stands confidently on its own feet. Handles and legs on the button fastening. A bag-tablet, a helmet, a jacket and boots made of leather. Sweets are bound from wool yarn, which is important in case of flight over the North Pole.
