All New Yorkers deserve reliable transit regardless of zip code?

So New York is going to institute regular rural bus service? And using electric buses, per state law.

Or maybe she only meant people in New York City? Screw her home town of Buffalo, or folks in Albany, Rochester, etc.?

However you slice it, it's a problematic statement. But if you don't think about it, it sure sounds like she really cares. And that's all that really matters, right?
