Scream it out loud! The simple parts of the holiday are the best!

Do you get excited about something so simple this time of year? Well, anytime... but especially now? I do!

I bought this red ribbon garland with reindeer and Santa clothespins to hold up my Christmas cards. Isn't it cute?

Here are the clothespins! This could be a cute craft to make with kids too. Just get some thick red ribbon and decorate some clothespins. And they can be decorated similar but even just red with white polka dots is cute, for a simpler design.

And I found a spot to hang my Christmas picture ornament of my girls when they were little ones! So cute!! These days I have a small decorative tree (with lights though!) And I've kept this ornament over the years and just find a spot to hang it up.

This is by far the best spot yet. Topping the line of Christmas cards with their Santa hats on! My girls are the best to me, then and now!

In between running and gift shopping, find that simple joy in the holidays too. It's there!

      Exactly! I am like a little kid checking the mailbox for cards. I think I love seeing kids photos as they grow too!

        Happy Holidays.. glad you are enjoying this time of the year... NO Xmass were we live ;( Looking forward to New Year though. We have 6 good friends visiting us from Belgium for 3 weeks!
