Center Parcs: If you should go down into the woods today!

Hi everyone!
Last full day of our family holiday at Center Parcs ☹ boohoo!!!
It's been a great holiday as always, lots to do had lots of fun. We decided to have a brisk walk on this fresh morning around the forest. Views over the lake from our villa showed it was quite misty

Over the years of coming here we've seen many changes. From the center parcs plaza being devastated by fire, to making a complete turn around by reopening quickly, offering more than ever to anyone's and everyone's holiday. The villas have been upgraded to an exceptional standard, with different types of villa to choose from. These are all nestled amongst the trees.


The latest work in progress is the addition of more new villas, a self catering apartment complex and 3 lakeside luxury pods. What once stood was a lakeside hotel with a rotating lakeside restaurant which was in need of a major upgrade. Instead, it was pulled down and in its place all of this has or is being built. You can see the 3 pods being built and the self catering apartment complex currently being built in my picture.

Lots of fun can be bagged here too, sports activities such as: archery, tennis, squash, pool, Segway, and what we did today.... Badminton ( I didn't win though ☹
Oh and how could I forget... "Swimming" in the subtropical swimming paradise...

So as the night begins to draw in... we are finishing our swim with a Starbucks coffee and cookie... followed by a trip to Huck's Diner (American themed) for a family meal... yum!
