A Photo With Red, White, and Blue

Back when I was drumming a lot we did most city events. We did the Fourth of July parades and city events that welcomed US troups home. These two events I wasn't sure that we fit in but they always insisted and never charged us the entrance fee. There were only marching bands and us.

Being a military town we always have marching soldiers especially this parade since it was a welcoming home of the troups...I think, if not it was a the Fourth of July Parade...to long ago to remember.

I think the troupes liked listening to us warm up while waiting for their turn to enter the parade. I would see them moving and some dancing. They had some cool moves.

Is cool still cool to say? Should I say "bad moves"? What's in now-a-days? At least I didn't say "groovy".

Nice memories and good question ) I'd like to know the answer as well ))

So, where are you at this pictures? at 2 or 4?

So, you have the same question. I wouldn't have thought that being from Ukraine. What would you say?
I am in #4 with the dark hair, that was 15 years ago. Grey is having its way.

Well, I use Ukrainian here, and I don't know what is nowadays trend for English-speaking )
We used to say "cool", but now I feel like it is a bit out of date. What do you think?

People here use "cool" pretty often. I saw "groovy" only once.

And you are very beautiful, in brown and in grey, did I told you? 😊

You have been drumming for a while. Great!

Cool photos. See I say cool all the time! But after all I am the old guy so what do I know lol.

"Cool" must be cool if we're cool (and obviously we are) and say cool then it can be officially cool to say "cool". Settles that!
