Yesterday may have been difficult for some... Let's do something easy for everyone today. Let's work on decluttering and organization. Studies suggest clutter and messiness can have a negative impact on our mental health not to mention be inconvenient and or embarrassing when visitors come by. Lol Now I don't know if these studies are accurate but what I do know is that I personally feel better in more ways than one when I organize my surroundings. So let's just take a few to pick a spot in our house, workplace, garage, yard, or wherever you choose to throw some things away and organize a little. If you're able to compost, recycle, or donate whatever you're getting rid of, even better!:) Incorporate this once a day for a couple weeks and imagine what a change there could be! Don't get frustrated if you don't get everything done in 10 minutes that you wanted to; there's always tomorrow. Set your alarm, pick one area, go to town, stop when it rings and repeat at a later time. This is all about baby steps, Folks. Have no expectations of yourself; just be proud and allow yourself to feel accomplished when you do make progress. Eventually you might work your way to labeling everything; who knows?!? I bet you're capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for;) When done, give yourself a good look in the mirror and express gratitude towards yourself for working so hard these last few weeks! You deserve to be happy and healthy. Namaste, Amy💪💞
