Today's challenge

Well, obviously I am running late on this one! But better late than never, they say! Since we left off on a more difficult note last week and since it is so late, let's just review past challenges. Take a little bit of time tonight before bed to go back through all of these posts. Get a feel for which ones are a good fit for you. Decide what you are willing to do for yourself. Remind yourself perhaps of something you may have forgotten along the way. Check off the things you have done and examine what has continued or what may have tapered off as time has passed. Ask yourself if there is anything that could serve you to start implementing day to day or what may have ran its course and would serve you to stop doing. Go ahead and make yourself a list of what you may want to focus on given your current circumstances. Sit with your thoughts for a few. Forgive yourself for anything you may not have done that you had planned on doing. Be kind and gentle with yourself. This is new and we are all forever evolving;) Remember that tomorrow is a new day and opportunity to start fresh. We are in charge;) Now go give a loved one a nice long hug. They say 20 second hugs can send beneficial hormones into play. Again I don't claim that to be fact but doesn't it feel good to actively show appreciation to loved ones anyhow?!😘 If you are alone, go tell yourself you love you in the mirror. (Even if it seems goofy!) Or call a loved one to say "I love you..." Either way, send some love to yourself and or others. That's never a bad thing in my opinion:) Have a nice rest; see you tomorrow!
