Breakfast! 🍓I'll be honest, having an egg 🍳intolerance makes me not love breakfast so much. I do like oatmeal though, especially with fruit, chia seeds and honey 🍯 I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast actually, but I'm making it a goal for this week to have at least 4 smoothies! That takes care of breakfast for well...4 days at least..lol. These are gluten free oats of course because you all know I'm a paleo based, gluten/dairy/soy/wheat/refined sugar free eater! 🙌🏻 what's your go to breakfast? 🍳
