When you work from home you can sometimes lose the motivation to travel to a gym, something that would of seemed like a standard part of your day to day work routine, maybe you used to go down to the gym on the commute in or commute out, maybe it was on your lunch break to make sure you left your desk when it was a break time.

However you used to fit the gym into your day to day life when you start working from home this all goes to the wayside, you may feel like there just is not the time to fit a drive / run / walk to the gym and then a session in before doing the same drive / run / walk home again.

Solution

The best solution then is to bring the gym to you, a home gym this will allow you to enjoy your workout routine whenever is suitable for you.

3. Step machine
This is a better low impact low intensity form of exercise that is easy to get into and isn’t just limited to a full work out regime, if you are sitting down all day this can do wonders for your circulation

4. Self confidence
it isn’t always easy to go to a public place to work out, sometimes it is easier just to work out at home, in your own time and at your own pace

5. Convenience
If you are working from early to late at night it isn’t always convenient to go to your local gym.
