Well we are home! What a beautiful trip. 3 weeks is a pretty long time in my opinion to be gone from home. I missed home, I missed my bed, my satin sheets, a big shower stall, my closet and most of all my plants.
As soon as we got home, once we helped hubby park the RV, unhook the Jeep from it, I rushed to my kitchen garden. One of my friends, Ryan, has been tending to it while I was gone. He helps me plan the space, till the ground, get fertile soil from compost facility and then plant it too. I returned to lots of zucchini, chillies, beets, beans, cucumbers, green tomatoes, gladioli flowers that we planted last year and a few others. My herb garden also looks super good. I really need to start drying and storing them for winter.
This makes me happy!
