1 large onion.

(Cooking method) 1.Well pre-washed meat in a large, deep pot.
2.To gain the full capacity of the water (to the edge). Boil, remove the formed foam. Reduce the heat to a minimum temperature and leave to cook for 6 hours. Boiled water does not need to be replenished.
3.After 2.5 hours from the start of cooking, put the broth purified onion and salt according to your discretion.
4.After 5 hours from the beginning of cooking, add the peeled crushed garlic to the broth.
5.As soon as the meat is cooked, it needs to get out of the broth, separate the bones and cartilage, meat to break or cut into small pieces. Garlic and onion to remove.
6.The pieces of meat to put in prepared form, pour on top of the broth (through a strainer) and remove to cool in a cool place until fully cured....
