Let me introduce to you some well known Nepali Foods :)
Boiled chicken marinated on the local spices, spring onion on the top and served with Cheura(beaten rice) on the side.
A very well know Newari dish "Chicken Choila"
Its perfect for the midday snack. It mostly consumed with alcohol, especially with homemade local drinks
Almost every Nepali eats "Daal-Bhaat" twice a day. It's purely a Nepali delight.
A set of rice, Lentils(Black or yellow), seasonal vegetables, achar, saag and yogurt on the side.
Ohh, I almost forget "Momo". How can I ?(:
