When she told me she wanted to get down and dirty with me tonight, I thought my luck had changed 🍆

Every Wednesday night, grandma(my mam) has 1/2pint so me and Mrs welshstacker can spend some quality time with each other. We'll that didn't last long, in fact it never happened and now Wednesday nights have become "DIY" night.

So tonight I had the pleasure of painting the bathroom.... It's not what I was expecting when she said "let's go up stairs and get dirty!!"

Like a little trooper Mrs welshstacker gets stuck straight in and has surprisingly good wrist action.

While she got stuck in I re-grouted the bathroom tiles and re-sealed the silicone around the bath. Now it's not that I don't appreciate her help, but sometimes all the enthusiasm in the world just doesn't make up for lack of ability and it wasn't long before I was going over all her hard work.

Now for some reason you'd think I'd called her mother a whore or made her a dog-shit sandwich with the looks I had for "touching up" her mighty fine effort. But if a jobs worth doing it's worth doing right first time.....

It took a little bit longer than expected finish such a small room and now I'm starving but it's too late to cook so I'm stuck eating my own body weight of the kids hoops, they taste alright too.

Oh and one more thing, waiting for me today on the door matt was my new passport, I guess there really is nothing stopping me now making my way over to Las Vegas to see some friends #roadtrip

OK, sorry for such a shite post tonight, I really have been a very busy boy. I'll try and think of something a little more exciting tomorrow, I promise.
