So just for you travelers out there disgusted sometimes of crazy fees and hassles and there is no where to go for a hotel. Do not fear, Weekend Rentals have always been a mainstay in the Filipino Sideline Community, and by Sideline, I mean making money off to the side.

So just wanted to share with you some photos of the rental house in Tagaytay we occupied for an overnight stay. The house we rented is actually 2 stories high, but it felt like 3 stories if you saw the back lanai area. But the house had 5 sleeping quarters, 1 car garage report,4 bathrooms, and awesome kitchen. Its located in a private subdivision called Southridge, its pretty much as gated community. Lots of potential for growth and very quiet.

So if you are planning to do an overnight stay rental homes like these are everywhere, however you must know some people to find the best deals and the best lodging, because sometimes you can get scammed. However this house we rented from a really close friend who has contractor friends who do carpentry and renovation for houses. So they own this house and we rented it for 1 day.

Pristine marble top kitchen, great for drinking and cooking when the family is around.

Second Floor that contains a second living area with Flat Screen and Chairs. 1 Master bedroom and 2 smaller roooms.

Just understand, there is no credit card transactions, you must pay in cash. Basically with this rental, we paid in cash a month ahead of time, booked it, the owner placed us on the guest list so that security will let us in. Other than that. It was a great pick and the family had fun.
