Hey Everyone! Nice to meet you! :)

Total noob here, but ready and willing to learn. So excited to be a part of the steemit community. You guys are the best!

I was introduced to steemit by a facebook friend, Charles Fuchs. Charles and I were introduced on facebook only, but what's crazy is I feel like he's my homie. Not creepy at all, right? But because I was able to watch his personal growth and success skyrocket I've come to trust his word, and if he says it's good then I better jump on it quick!

It's amazing how our world has changed. I have had the opportunity to build amazing, lasting, and genuine friendships through the power of the internet. These are people I probably never would have met in person or even considered getting to know had it not been for technology.

So this steemit platform seems amazing. To learn from people from all walks of life all around the world is humbling! If I add value to even just one I will be thrilled.

I am thoroughly looking forward to the growth of this currency and community.

So, my name is Billie.

~ I grew up in SoCal my whole life until March of 2017 when my husband got a marketing job for Dani Johnson in Texas (google her). I'm still learning what it's like to be a Texan, and it's true you CANNOT beat Cali's weather, BUT the lack of smog, slower pace, friendlier folks, and all-around beautiful nature that surrounds us will suffice for now. Until I can afford a home in Malibu (and the taxes!) I'm good right where we are.

~ I'm a follower of Yeshua, John 3:16-17 for your reference. He's more real to me than anyone.

~ I'm married to my best friend, going 12 years strong.

My husband and I are entrepreneurs at heart. We were entrepreneurs before it was sexy to apply that label LOL. It's not easy, but we believe that to truly be free you really must own your own life - this can only happen when you are financially indepndent and that can't happen with a J.O.B. They have their place, but never for long-term and only as launching pads... more posts on that later. :)

~ I have 5 beautiful kiddos whom we homeschool - these kids are amazing, I'm sure a few of my posts will be bragging posts... how could I not? We're training the next generation. It's an honor that we don't take lightly and because we're training them outside of the normal system of things they are completely different outside the box creative and critical thinkers. You're welcome! ;) Here's 4/5 of our world changers.

~ I love random things. I'm thankful to be living in America because: Freedom. I also love food, fitness, photography, and random spontaneous adventures.
