Today We Learned: Chess, Cooking and Colors

Last night was fun.

Little Miss has been trying to learn chess for a little while now. Kuya was teaching her. Last night, daddy @kennyroy spent some time with her to teach her some moves.

Little Miss' turn.

Little Miss did so well, gave Daddy a "challenging" match. She finished the game but obviously she was not to win but she urged for a re match.

Re-match.

Kuya already taught her how to arrange the chess pieces so it was easy for her to "mirror" the arrangement Daddy made of his pieces.

A few moves into the second game, Little Miss got tired bored.

"This game needs a lot of thinking." --Little Miss

On the other hand...

Kuya learned how to cook a new "dish".

Fried egg.

Kuya has been wanting help mommy in the kitchen, so he watches her a lot. He already knows how to make pancakes.

He was hungry and mommy did not cook yet. So time for a quick meal.

The fastest to do? Fried egg.

It was not easy to crack the egg!

But not bad for the first time.

The struggle?

To put the cooked egg on the plate! It took a few tried before that fried egg finally landed on the plate. Lol.

All these, while Little Monster was kept entertained by some educational you tube videos.
