This versatile plant is both medicinal as well as nutritious! It is used to treat a range of complaints from urinary issues too low iron to allergic reaction’s. It is high in calcium, iron, magnesium and vitamin A. You can harvest this plant easily by using kitchen dish gloves as they are thicker than regular gardening gloves. The sting that you get from this plant is formic acid and works as a defense for the plant. This is the same acid that fire ants produce. Oddly enough, if you were stunned by this plant you can watt up some of the leaves in your beloved hands to produce juice, which you can bend rap on the affected area to alleviate the stinging sensation.
