IT MAY NOT BE FINISHED ON SCHEDULE...

But the project has grown in scope a little in an attempt to make it even more functional. I have decided to make really big roof overhangs on 2 sides of the shed.

This will give me 40 sqaure feet of additional foofed reality. No floor, but none will be needed as I plan to use this area for my chickens and rabbits. Speaking of. Look what I picked up today!

Six hens and a rooster. I can't remember what they were except three of the hens will lay green eggs. I think they were called olive layers.😆😆 But, I'll get back to the shed.

THE ROOF IS FINISHED

Well, almost... tomorrow I need to put a little sealant around the tree that goes through the roof.(Did you notice it in the picture above?) I left it because it will provide a massive amount of shade on the shed and my animals. Plus it looks really cool.😂

GETTING CLOSE TO DONE

I'm considering taking a couple short cut to get the shed where I can get it lockable as this is what I really need to move along with the project. But for tomorrow, I will be trying to get a wall with the door framed in along with finishing the floor. We have a shed full of lumber to do it but it's a lot of work for one day.

And when I say it's a full day...that means a full day, if everything goes smoothly. Just those boards in the shed were a hassle getting to the shed, as they all fell out on the trip up the hill.😆

...Also today, we had to deal with a dead battery in the black truck, AND it ran out of gas....in the middle of the woods.😆😂 It all takes away a little time as we try to get things done, but all we can do is smile, and roll with the punches, right?
