    Tommy do not upvote the spammers...Reputation numbers (low number) (beside the name tells you this bot has been flagged)... You waste your voting power on them.

        You are given the rep of 25 when you signed up, as you make comments or put your blog your rep number grows. When you see a rep below 25 it tells you they are a spammer or have been flagged (most times because they do nothing but beg for followers)
