This video is very accurate on gut health. EVERYONE needs to watch this, and do as I have; Learn! This couple has dumpped their business, and large house; and moved totally off grid. I enjoy their videos, and have found no errors in what they teach. If you are still on youtube, subscribe to Doug and Stacy, it is worth your time.

They post every day, LOL! But they are funny, and knowledgeable, and are making a go of it, off grid! They catch rain water, and have no electricity, grow their own food; and are living large.

I know, they are not Amish, but have a lot of Amish friends. They may Be a novelity there, Because They have a car. They provide some transport: and their friends give them advice, and home made goodies! :)
They do make some money from YouTube, but they sell stuff too. They are having a weekend long seminar in Hanable Mo. In early August.

Mostly on youtube, but I have thought about driving there to talk with them! They have generators for battery charging, and their truck. They have a laptop, from what he has said.
Their entire water system is gravity fed, and that seems to work pretty well.
