I read an interesting post from @taskmaster4450 three months ago about how he is adopting steemians to help them progress, earn more SP and, out of the kindness of his heart, paying it forward, as one of @fulltimegeek's Stewards Of Gondor.
Well, I too, am a Steward of Gondor and I want to help others, as @fulltimegeek has assisted me by delegating 10k SP.
So every Sunday I will be EMBRACING A ANOTHER HOMESTEADING STEEMIAN!

What Does EMBRACING mean?
It means simply this... I will challenge a steemian every Sunday whom is consistently posting once every day currently. And in return for those quality posts, I will UPvote (one of) their posts EVERY day at 100% steem power (SP). So, I will be embracing them and sharing my SP that has been delegated to me by @fulltimegeek. All it takes is one quality post and I will UPvote that post at full power. But... you never know... if you post more than once a day consistently now, you may get a surprise 100% UPvote for a second post some time or another. After all, I am a VERY giving person. Just ask around...
I will also comment and resteem your post on my page.
At posting time, my current SP is $2.78 at 100%
Qualifications for being EMBRACED:
- MUST post EVERY day for the week (Monday through the following Sunday)- consistency is key
- One post you make every day will be UPvoted at 100% by me
- MUST have less than 500SP
- MUST have a minimum reputation of 40
- YOU MUST accept this challenge in my weekly Sunday post if I have called upon you
I am known for scouring the pages and feeds of steemit every day and I see who is consistent and who is not. So I will be using this time to seek out new steemians to embrace every week.

I think this is a very nice initiative, and I’ve been thinking of following your footsteps and support promising authors. I don’t have as much to offer as you have, but I think that every little push - even if it is a small one - could mean a lot to someone who is struggling to get seen.
I do have a question, though, if you don’t mind.
How do you manage to be able to vote at 100% every day?

I have enough SP and the slider bar that I can do numerous 100% UPvotes every day. I like to share the wealth and will give 5-10-15-20 all over then save the BIG ones for my selected fostered gardeners and Embraced Steemians.

I have been following the #stewardsofgondor ever since I have learned of their presence on the block-chain. One of the best things we can do for this platform and the nurturing of it's future is to mentor and guide new users to contribute to the platform. New ideas pour into this platform everyday, and with the increased traffic and surging accounts, it is very hard for many to get noticed.
I recently was accepted into the #qurator guild and delegated most of my SP (300 out of my 456) because they do just that. They seek out and reward quality content in a better manner than I can at this level.
I love this platform and all it stands for, and has become my highest priory investment. It is so refreshing to see the initiative and concern for the future of a platform.

Which is what I do probably 50% of my time on steemit. I am constantly looking for new initiatives or thinking of new ways to help others, have contests, etc
FB is NOT in any way a comparison to what I get from steemit. Haven't even been on my profile or account in months.

I try to do the same with what I have been able to earn and invest into the platform gor far. Currently running two contests at the moment and planning a few programs for the platform leading into my groundbreaking, lifetime venture in 2020.
I have also almost stopped facebook useage entirely. I will be using facebook as means of recruitment for this platform and promotion. Facebook for truthful, quality and meaningful engagement has been dead for some time now.

It seems the only reason I keep FB open is my pictures. Pics of the grandkids, my kids, etc. Maybe I just need to take one day and download all of them and just close the account.

People like, and us, are becoming more and more prevalent. Thanks to people like FTG and many others. They see steemit for its potential and are utilizing so many facets to strive for the success. I am just speechless some days when I see all the paying it forward and guidance members are offering.

Thank you! I feel the 40 rep shows the person is dedicated and determined and the under 500SP is just a small roadblock and with hopes of the initiative being successful the fostered person or embraced steemian will get the boost they need to further their steemit goals.
