I first heard about Daddy Kirbs YEARS ago when I found his recipe for fermented hot sauce. I made it and it was DELICIOUS - I had family fighting over it. My husband even pushed me to make an entire hot sauce company starting with his recipe. It's spicy, tangy, hot, with a little umami flavor. And I would like to think it's healthy for you because it's fermented!
