Homestead update 5th of April 2018 : the indoor garden

I moved some of my bigger plants into the grow tent. They seem to like it.

I have a 5 foot tall, by 2 feet wide and two feet deep tent that I grow in. Right now I don’t have any CBD growing, my blueberry wouldn’t flower 😿
So instead I am using it for food right now. I have some other herbs growing in the egg shells, they seem to be the only plants that like the egg shells. All my rhubarb died. 💔

I have them sitting on top of the potato buckets, nothing is sprouted yet. So I have some time still, and have some open spots on the floor.

My mini pie pumpkins are doing well.

I have a mini office fan pushing air and a full spectrum light. I can’t remember the brand of light, but can ask my hubby. We bought it a few years ago.

This is in the green house next to the fireplace.
The big sprouts are the alien flowers and the itty bitty little green sprout is spearmint.

This is the fertilizer we use along with Alaskan fish poop. 💩

Well that’s it for the plants indoors. We still have about 2 to 3 feet of snow outside. So we are a ways out when it comes to planting outside.

I will be starting green beans, tomatoes, beets and others soon.
