Sunday Seed Saving Of Gifted Tomatoes

I am beyond fortunate to have been introduced to a fellow homesteader and gardener in the local area, @funnyfarm77 due to my new job! She was beyond ecstatic to have also met an aspiring youth with an interest in very similar ideas of self sufficiency and off grid mindset.

Being in year one of my gardening and growing lifestyle, I haven’t yet acquired a huge diversity of unique plants to grow. And that being understood @funnyfarm77 was more than interested to barter a couple spaghetti squash I had grown here this season from heirloom seeds I bought in December 2017, for some of her unique tomatoes she had grown this season! I was way more excited than I led on at the time, but come this time next year when I have a plethora of these awesome looking tomatoes, perfect for pastes, sauces and such, I will be very thankful.

Hercules( or something of the nature, it was so big and tastey), Czech, languige, ropicca, opalka and some tomatoes of cherry size from work!

I extracted all the seeds I could from each and will let them ferment in the cup in the dark. And then will dry them off once carefully removed from the water a couple days later!

The squash I gave, from the seeds I bought and grew, gave me an insane amount of squash this season as is evident of my previous posts. I hope her the same success! Thank you very much @funnyfarm77.
