American Goldfinch Chowing Down On Sunflowers

That's a female above, I believe. The next pic the male comes in to take over.

This is the male American Goldfinch

One of the first things I planted this spring were sunflowers I had started indoors at the beginning of April. Here they were on May 4th with mushrooms growing next to them that were just as tall.

They've been blooming for me since the beginning of June.

Still haven't sold any of my flowers yet, but that will change soon. It's finally raining right now, a good and needed rain, so I'm happy to spend my time sharing a little piece of my world.
