A: The Chief Executive Officer of the State is the Governor of that State. The following is just a glimpse into some of the powers that a governor may have.

A: Hot air balloons were used in the civil war to view troops beyond enemy lines to gather information.

A: Franklin Delano Roosevelt not only served a third term as President, but won a fourth term. Unfortunately, he did not survive to see the end of that fourth term.
