This berry got a lot of vitamins , for example vitamin P is more than 20 times than in apples or oranges.
I prefer this berries with sugar .
Method is very easy , just rinse berries, add sugar and mix all in blender.
then put them into jars/bottles and thats all.
For kilo of berries add 700 gram of sugar.
