One of my demijohns with home brew wine in is going a bit mental and looks like its going to turn into a red wine gyser ๐ฏ
If any one knows if this is going to get worse or any tips tricks etc let me know.
The kitchen has a lovely yeasty wine smell though ๐คฃ
Hey, this is a really common issue with certain yeast strains. Just be sure to clean out your airlock so that the bugs don't come flocking. besides that, keeping a clean airlock will ensure your juice ferments properly. I find that bentonite helps significantly with preventing this, but like I said, certain yeast strains produce more violent fermentations than others. hope that helps!
