Loved this post! It makes me sad that you can go on YouTube and look at plenty of dirty, inappropriate videos that are bad for the people who make them or watch them, but it's hard to see videos that are about practical and valuable skills like butchering and hunting. I've loved watching your YouTube channel for years and you guys are the first people I heard about Steamit from.
