weighed 65 pounds. ( so my zucchini is still like a baby and can grow more :D ) - Even the Zucchini florets are edible and are a popular snack.
- Zucchini Spaghetti is a popular alternative to the regular spaghetti in many
gourmet restaurants. ( also zucchini pancakes are popular in my grandmother place ) - Another interesting fact about the zucchini is that the zucchini actually belongs
to the pumpkin family.
