Tuesday’s mail brought 2 more catalogs, my favorite Fedco and Johnny’s. The Fedco is breakfast reading for a good long while, as there’s so much cool stuff to read about.
My son didn’t get here until mid afternoon but he got the trench finished. There’s a bit of digging around the pipe but we figured we’d leave it covered until the work actually gets done. That won’t happen until the roof is done, a fishing trip is taken, and some rest time achieved.
Wednesday my son will cover the trench with plywood as 8” of snow is forecast for Sunday. He will pack hay over the pipe beforehand. Once that’s done, he will be cleaning out the driveway, scrap wood to the barn, the other wood inside the house along with the insulation. Chances look good plowing will need to be done on Sunday…
