It took forever for this storm to start on Sunday. I think it was around 3PM we saw the first flurries. But it was going strong by 4PM.

When I looked out on Monday morning, it had all but stopped.

By the time it was light enough for photos around 7:30AM it had started again. There’s snow inside the addition as we’ve not gotten to getting the windows in yet.

It snowed all day on Monday and he said we had about 10” when he plowed Monday morning. It’s not supposed to stop until about 4AM on Tuesday. He may have to plow and snowblow again. I think all together we got around a foot, not as bad as some places.

So beautiful, but can also be so deadly. I hope the snow getting in the addition doesn't cause problems.

If it turns to ice, and doesn't melt, it might. Once he gets the caps on next week, he's going to be putting windows in, or blocking holes where windows go in spring. We have cabinets arriving Dec. 13th, and it MUST be watertight that day!

That storm hit us at about Saturday afternoon and parked right over us until Monday morning around 5 am. Dumped an easy foot on us up here in MN. Ugh, winter.....

We got a second dump Monday night and ended up with about 26", well up over our knees...
