Seems so but I was kind of curious as to how the bottoms of hanging cinderblocks are plugged so the dirt doesn't fall through.

@xeonn the Fella in the Video Lined the Bottoms of the Blocks with Landscaping Fabric and Glued Them Down. It Does Seem a Bit Strange That it Doesn't Just Fall Thru, However the Space Inside the Hole of a Cinder Block isn't Very Big. Maybe the Glue is Strong Enough to Hold the Weight of that Amount of Soil?
