Our Greenhouse - Transplanting

Chinese Hilton Cabbage

It's finally time. Mother's day has come and gone and in Missouri no one plants until after mothers day. It's just kind of the rule. If you do it before you'll either be flooded out or a cold blast will kill everything. It happens a lot. So...I planted my plants about a week before mothers day. They're in our little homemade greenhouse so I figured even with a dip in temps things should be fine.

Here is how things I direct seeded and just transplanted are doing as well as some other oddball things in my greenhouse.

Where I live in Idaho, it's not a good idea to put little plants out in the garden until after Memorial Day, unless you are prepared to cover them at night. This can happen through June, as well, so we got really good at covering our plants!

Looking good, lady! Thanks for always fixing us up with garden goodies. My dealer always hooks me up with the good stuff! 🤣🤣🤣

That's hilarious! Haha! No problem. Thanks for taking my extras off my hands. I hate pulling and killing the ones I don't need. I ain't no plant murderer!

Haha!!!! 🤣 Thanks for sharing the wealth! It’s much appreciated!

It looks like your greenhouse plants are doing really well now.
I always like seeing what other people are growing in their greenhouses.

Well thanks for stopping by, @amberyooper! I'm hoping I didn't overplant this year!

Wow, you’ve got a lot of food growing, lucky you! I seriously miss gardening That cabbage looks super healthy and delicious Never seen this variety Happy food !

This is my first year growing this cabbage. It is for my mother-in-law to make kimchi for my husband and one of my daughters who love it.

Everything looks like it is doing well!

Today I kick a lot of plants out to the cold frame to harden off. It's the last seed starting day, mostly sprawly plants: squash, etc. and I need the room inside for them.

I'm late on my squash. I may not even plant any this year. The squash bugs always get them first.

Wow! everything is looking great in the greenhouse, glad im not the only one that plants something in any space i can find 😁

These are look very fresh plants in your green house @hethur240, I love all of your plants! And about your lemon grass I hope some miracle comes and its reborn and grow greenly😉🙄😌😌😌
