FALL GARDEN - Planting a Fall Vegetable Garden In Raised Beds: Onions, Collards, Kale, & Cilantro

yes cilantro is the best in the fall. It handled frosts very well and the flavour is better the colder it gets. I make tons of pico de gallo this time of year. I'm intrigued by the perennial onions. I want to try them out! We grow something called Groninger Blue Collard Kale. Its really like a fast growing mini Red Russian Kale though.
