Mr Chickadee forces no music, no motor machine noise, and absolutely no chatter on us.

In this age of fast everything, this is a reminder that some things are best SLOW. Slow food, slow drives in the country, slow days, etc. Slow may be catching on, slowly.

Very nice!! Where did you find this guy... how do I talk to him? I wanna learn this skill for sure

Thanks for sharing

He is in Kentucky, and has scheduled a Timber Framing Workshop during May. $700 a person, $1200 for a couple.

This fellow is the Real Deal. I found him on YouTube. He doesn't put out a lot of videos, but what he has is a treasure for sure!

Oh cool thank you. He looked very familiar, I thought I had seen a video of his. It makes sense now if you found him on youtube!

And it's not crazy expensive at first sight. Thanks for the link, I'll look into it soon...

Pretty ingenious! What ever you are building should last for several generations. More photos as you go please. 🐓🐓

Amazing, I love it! You are the first other Steemian that I found building timber frame! The husband and I are building a timber frame cabin! :)
