Nice job. How many chickens do you eat in a month?

Did you have to supplement any feed while they were growing out?

Hi. We eat about 2 chickens a month. Now that we have more available, we may eat chicken more often. A whole chicken provides several meals. These are the Cornish Cross breed -- they're bred to grow quickly because they consume a lot of feed in one day. We feed them organic feed. 20 chickens consumed 300lbs in 9 weeks. Thanks for reading!
