Hello! I am so excited. The hatching of this turkey gives me a joy that i cannot describe in words. In one of my post, i discussed how i want to buy an incubator to help me ensure success in the hatching of fertilized eggs.
I have moved a female turkey with the young ones to one hall and with this done, I moved the other turkeys from the room and left only one to sleep on the remaining fertilized eggs hoping that it will hatch them.
To say that i am excited is really an understatement! I feel glad and this result is an encouragment and growth for the farm. I am looking forward to having a very large turkey farm also and i am not ruling out the possibility of getting the incubator to contribute to this. With the incubator, what i will then concentrate on is getting fertilized eggs!
Its a farm affair and i am living it and loving it!
