This year I am really in love with broccoli, and the one of the most popular and yummiest food in my kitchen, which is preparing using this healthy vegetable — is an omelette with broccoli. This omelette is cooking pretty fast and simple, what means — perfectly for a breakfast.
How to prepare "omelet with broccoli"
Defrost broccoli (if it is fresh — miss the step).
Fry our broccoli with a shredded garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add about 2 tablespoons of water to the frying pan, put the cover on the fry pan and stew, until the water will evaporate.
Beat some eggs and mix it with broccoli. Pour out this mixture into the frying pan and fry it 3-4 minutes — until corners get fried and look yummy.
After all, move the omelet to bake dish, sprinkle it with the grated cheese — and bake it in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
We get the cooked omelette from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and enjoy!
