Hello Steemit ! A Sunday feast without roasted potatoes is quite uneventful. With this roasted potato
recipe, you can say goodbye to bland Sunday feasts.
Ingredients:
250 gms of large potatoes
1 Tbsp. Butter
3-4 Cloves of garlic
A Spring of thyme and rosemary
Salt and pepper for seasoning the roasted potatoes
Recipe:
Pre heat the oven to 250 0 C.
Set the potatoes for roasting on a baking tray.
Heat butter in a separate pan and add garlic. Fry till golden brown.
Add the garlic butter to the potatoes along with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. With the help of a skewer,
check if the roasted potatoes are done.
Result
This is a simple yet delicious roasted potato recipe and will go perfect with your Sunday
roast.

Looks very very delicious! Potato may be the best food on earth. It does not spoil easily and it can be used to make a variety of explendid dishes. But this method of cooking is my favorite, i like the flavor that comes from it's peel. Such a shame most of the people don't like it's taste and waste the peel :)
