I think it's time for all this hard work to come together in to a meal! I'm not a foodie and am not a big fan of people and their pictures of food. BUT, we just took a home grown quail and stuffed it with a home grown pepper and then wrapped it in home grown bacon....let that sink in.

That's right. There are food pics and then there are food pics that seem to mean a whole lot more. Technically 2 years in the making for this meal. .
Now all we do is keep on pace and this will be the norm...let that sink in too.

Woah, I bet that was damn near the best couple bites of food you ever ate. And it's not just sustainable, but regenerative. Quail make more quail. Bacon critters make more bacon critters.
