We have more than one Mulberry trees/bushes on our land

I normally will just go eat a few when I want some. But my grandbabies don't live clise enough to come and eat some when ever they want. Though I am not sure they even like them.

So I harvest a little to take to them to try

If they like them I will fill the bowl up on the next visit but I thought this would be a good start to take over to see if they like them. As I don't want to waste them. If they don't like them I don't want to take food away from the wildlife. So I figure a small amount for them to try first is best.

Love eating off our land

I love that this land already had producing fruit trees when we bought it. It means we get to eat off the land some before our garden matures. We also have wild mint growing near our Mulberry trees and wild strawberries. I can't wait to get everything cleared out so we can see if we have any other wild food sources back in the woods.

Happy Steeming

I like them! A friend of mine down south has a mulberry tree. Having been introduced to his tree twenty some years ago, I've often wondered why they are not as popular as cherries.
Another fruit you may want to introduce to your land is the Thornless Blackberry. Big berries and tasty too.
Enjoy!

I think part of the popularity problem with them is they stain. But I think the other issue is that they only last 3 or 4 days after you pick them

Mulberries and mint so close together....that's convenient. Mullberry jam with a hint of mint is yummy!

I'm really excited with the stuff we are finding on our land. I'm about ready to order a new lens so I can capture the foxes on my land. Sadly the lenses I have doesn't zoom in that far from my kitchen window as soon as I go outside they run and hide so that's the only way I'm going to be able to get pictures of them if I get a new lens.

Oh, I bet exploring and discovering is so much fun!

A Most prolific fruit tree! Enjoy!

I love free food and fresh food can't get any fresher than picking it right off the tree

When I was 5, I climbed up in a mulberry tree, and ate so many, I got sick and fell out.
Still love them that much, LOL! :)

It is called "tooth" in our country. very yummy. I hope they will like it. Maybe will better to mix some Salt before giving them to eat.

Here they're sweet and not sour I associate adding salt with stuff that has more of a sour taste like lemon.

One of my favorite fruit, best for throat
