Boy you sure keep trying dont you?
I have explained again and again. I am sure you know.
But since you asked....
here we go again.....
We bought the land and the real estate ad said 15 acres online but the print out said 16 acres.
When we bought the land we did the math based on the survey markings and measurements.
We found that the front lot is 2.8 acres and is registered as LDR - Low Density Residential - or vacation and cabin area.
The other lot is 15 acres and is wild land. Not residential.
We are surrounded by wild State land.
So 2.8 plus 15 = 17.8 or rounded up = 18 acres of land.
Actually we have a third parcel too. So 18 acres of land.
But that is all publicly accessible information.
All you are doing is trying to spread confusion.
@thediyworld You are the one who spreads confusion. You are the King of Lies and the promulgator of misinformation and confusion.

No. You just do not take what I say at face value.
That is the one and only problem.
When we bought the land, we were told 15 or 16 acres....
Oh, forget it. I wrote it all above.
