Put little lemon grass, cut little ginger and garlic and cut lemon into 4 (use one of the 4 and keep the remaining 3), put these into a pot and boil for a minute, not more than two minutes. Drink the juice regularly. You will loose weight and hardly fall ill cos it's a medical combination, very healthy.
